PHO is a Vietnamese soup consists of beef bone marrow broth, flat rice noodles and thinly sliced meat (usually beef). It also served with bean sprouts, fresh herbs, limes, chillies, and other garnishes. We prepare our soup in low heat simmering with beef marrow bone and chicken for at least 18 hours. Pho is the perfect comfort food – warm, hearty, and deliciously refreshing street food.
